Cannabis, through cannabinoids like THC and CBD, offers NON-OPIATE pain relief by interacting with the body's endocannabinoid system. THC provides pain relief & possible psychoactive effects, while CBD reduces inflammation without psychoactive effects. Working with a physician is crucial to manage drug interactions, adjust medication potency, and ensure safe, effective therapy through continuous monitoring and individualized treatment, potentially reducing or eliminating reliance on opiates.
